  In design drafting at the
start of the manufacturing process, our CAD/CAM system can support customer-defined
entities and attributes and share data with – and translate data from our
customers’ systems.
In our Synchronous
Product and Manufacturing Engineering phase, we complete detail designs for both the mold
and the manufacturing process. In this phase, our CAD/CAM system supports basic, planar,
and surface machining as well as cavity milling.
Our polishers are highly
trained and are capable of SPI #2 finishes when required.
To enhance positive
communications with manufacturers, we can perform graphic tool path simulations and
provide color copies. And, our full-spectrum manufacturing capability includes such
secondary process operations as:

molds ranging in size from a small insert up to 3-ton molds.We are able to machine |
